    At Dream Parma, every fragrance is carefully checked and packaged to ensure you receive a genuine, high-quality product. Because of the personal nature of perfumes and oils, our return and exchange policy applies only in specific cases.

    Eligibility for Returns

    Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
    To qualify, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
    Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

    Non-Returnable Items

    For hygiene and authenticity reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

    • Opened or used perfumes and oils

    • Items that have been removed from their original packaging

    • Fragrance bottles that have been sprayed or tampered with

    Damaged or Incorrect Items

    If you receive a damaged or wrong product, email Dreamhamad3@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery.
    Include your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging.
    Once approved, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.

    Refunds

    Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after inspection.
    Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the issue was our mistake.

    Cancellations

    Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, they may already be processed for dispatch.

    Delivery

    Dream Parma currently ships nationwide only. Orders are typically delivered within 2–3 business days.
