Eligibility: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons, items such as lingerie, swimwear, earrings, and final-sale items cannot be returned.

Refunds: Once we receive your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
